Scheduler Screen 8 of 14: View Your Monthly Schedule at a Glance

Here, we see the monthly schedule for Dr. Anderson at a glance. All of his appointments and blocked-out time slots are color coded, and all available time slots are seen in white.

The monthly schedule also features a description of each appointment type. On this screen, we see appointments for Active Patients with the description "ACT," New Patient appointments with "NEW" and any blocked-out time slot with "BLK." When used in conjunction with the system's color-coding feature, these abbreviations help you quickly identify the types of appointments being made, so you don't have to flip back to a daily or weekly view constantly to make an appointment.

As with the daily and monthly views, you can flip the page from one month to another by clicking on the Forward >> and Rewind << buttons. To flip from another month to this month's schedule, just click on the "This Month" button.
