Scheduler Screen 3 of 14: Look-Up Information Easily

You can access information quickly and easily within CompuMedic, at a click of a button. To look up a list of patients, for example, just click on the Account Number, First Name or Last Name field in the demograhics screen - and a list of all active patients will pop up.

Note you can look-up patients in any number of ways - including by first name, last name, SSN, account number, phone number. The system remembers the way you lasted looked something up - so if you always search for patients by last name, the system will always sort patients by last name for you.

In this Search for Patients screen, you will see the patient's name, account number, phone, date of birth, and assigned doctor number.

From any search screen, you can look for information using an Exact match, or a Like (similar match). For example, if you remember that a particular patient had "stein" in their name, but you don't remember if it was "Goldstein" or "Rubenstein," CompuMedic will show you a list of all patients with "stein."
