Scheduler Screen 1 of 14: Security

The Resource Scheduler features Security that allows the system administrator to decide, on a user-by-user basis, which screens can be accessed. Within each screen, the administrator can also decide whether the user has view-only access, can modify appointments, delete appointments, etc.

To ensure tight security, each user logs in with a unique password, assigned by the system administrator. The user's actions throughout the program are tracked - and the system records every action that affects an account balance and appointment history. Audit reports can be printed by the system administrator, in case any events need to be examined closely.
