From the moment you purchase the software until you have a steady stream of EOBs from your major payers, our Implementation Coordinators will guide you through the techniques that we know will get you rolling as quickly and easily as possible. Technical Support
Despite any amount of preparation, training, and forethought, any piece of software is bound to run into a problem at some point. Thankfully, the technicians in the Data Strategies Technical Support Department are available to help you with any snag that you might run into, whether it's a technical problem in the software, a question about how to do something, or a rejection from a payer that you don't understand.
We approach technical support with a Fix It Once, Fix It Forever philosophy. We don't just get you past the problem that you're experiencing now - we do everything we can to make sure that you'll never have the same problem twice. That means getting to the root of the issue and solving it properly, instead of just making the symptoms go away.
Product Team
Before a new version of elligence ever gets to your office, our Product Team has been hard at work on it for months. Driven by the goal to keep elligence "Intelligent, Connected, Secure," we always stick to these guidelines:
- Before we add a feature, we do everything we can to ensure that it's actually going to benefit our clients and "do no harm" to any other functionality. Bells and whistles are nice, but not if they break something else.
- Every change is checked by our Quality Assurance department using the most thorough testing procedures possible. In the rare event that a bug gets out, we change our procedures to make sure that the testing loophole is closed in the future.
