Data Strategies Inc. Releases elligence 4.0
POWAY CALIFORNIA December 2007: Data Strategies, Inc. announces the release of elligence 4.0 – a MAJOR aesthetic and functional upgrade to the company’s flagship, web-enabled product.
elligence 4.0 encompasses the solid, dependable practice management aspects of prior elligence versions and adds the following enhancements:
- A new improved user interface that brings a “desktop” feel to a web-enabled application. Toolbars, navigation bars, ticker tape counters, patient toolbars – streamline day to day office activities.
- Fully integrated Document Management capabilities including insurance card scanners, storage of statements, insurance forms, EOBs, documents of any type – all categorized, searchable and easily available for patients, providers, insurance plans, and employers.
- Organizers that take all tasks and present them in a straight-forward, structured manner. Visitors, appointments, communications, reminders and documents are easily managed.
- Visitor Tracking enables patients to be managed through their entire stay in your office while at the same time optimizing your time, simplifying collection of copays and producing effective patient management reports.
- Communications Management whereby all communications may be filed and categorized to elligence entities such as patients, providers, employers and insurance plans.
With the 4.0 version, elligence may be purchased as either a Licensed or Hosted product. When elligence is Licensed, the elligence application and data files are stored on the client’s servers. When elligence is Hosted, the client simply needs a computer with a high-speed internet connection. DSI maintains the software and servers and performs off-site backups.
